Job Description:
This position manages the University of Toledo Medical Center Diabetes management program. The individual will organize and oversees various areas of the diabetes program, to include, but not limited to education, compliance, and follow-up coordinating care among providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be a registered nurse, pharmacist, clinical dietician, or qualified health care professional
• Excellent communication skills required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• BLS required
• Certified diabetic educator preferred, must obtain certification within 3 years of hire.
